Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Delivery times may vary based on the shipping destination and carrier delays. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be available in the future.


Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective upon arrival)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Final sale items

Return Process:

  2. Receive a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the provided address.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange for a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
